This castle is old and not really restored like some of the others. King Henry I owned this castle in 1100. This castle has been used for a prison, fort, poorhouse and a school. The kids had fun, we had a picnic and flew kites in the courtyard.

hey thats pretty neat. everything there is so rich in history, i love it! i think i love history. it really bothers me that like hardly anything in i ever go see (besides like the Temple and that sort of thing) has no history! like all the new shopping centers make it LOOK like they are old or from europe, but they are just an artificial superstructure. anyways, enjoy the authenticity of it!
